After over 46-years of service, Tampa, FL’s Manager, Customer Service Operations (MCSO) Tim Dose (above) retired on Friday April 23, 2021. Tim started with the Postal Service in 1974 a month after graduating from Hillsborough High School. His first job was as a Letter Sorting Machine (LSM) operator in Tampa. Tim has held a number of jobs throughout his career, including Letter Carrier; Supervisor and Manager, Customer Services; Suncoast District Delivery Analyst, Area Labor Relations Specialist, and Cap Metro Area Senior Delivery Analyst. Tim was also instrumental in his contributions to the development of OTAdmin.

well rewarded in kind and in lasting friendships. I have been privileged to be part of a team
which achieved success that we can all be proud of. Thank you for being a part
of my unforgettable career…it’s been fabulous!” said Dose.
